When you discontinue your practice, the by-laws / regulations of your provincial CPA association requires that you maintain for 6 years professional liability insurance to cover the services you rendered.
Please contact your Program Representative if you have ceased your practice to ensure proper insurance coverage is in place for your prior acts.
