CPA PLI's Claims Service Team, consisting of lawyers and CPAs, monitors all claims reported by insureds. The claims personnel are also involved in Risk Management Seminars.
To report a claim or a potential claim, please send written notice to CPA PLI by mail, fax, or email. Upon receipt of written claim notification, a Claims Examiner contacts the insured to acknowledge receipt. Claims Adjusters, Tax Experts, and Lawyers may be involved depending on the circumstance. We have a selected array of claims handlers who have several years of experience in dealing with Professional Liability issues involving CPAs.
