Justine A. Bond
Chief Executive Officer
Justine A. Bond has been a key player in successfully managing AICA and has been instrumental in AICA’s continued growth and stability. She joined AICA in 1989 as Risk Manager. From 1994 to 2002, Mrs. Bond was AICA’s Executive Vice-President and General Manager. In January 2003, Mrs. Bond was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of AICA Services Inc. Prior to joining AICA in 1989, Mrs. Bond was a licensed insurance broker for 10 years.
Malcolm D’Souza, CA
Vice-President, Claims & Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm D’Souza was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2004, following his appointment as Vice-President, Claims in January 2003. Mr. D’Souza has over 14 years of experience in managing Chartered Accountants’ claims. In 1994, he joined AICA as Claims Manager, creating a claims department with Chartered Accountants and Lawyers on staff to assist AICA members throughout the claims process.
Nadine Chang
Manager, Operations
Nadine Chang, Manager, Operations, joined AICA in 1992. Mrs. Chang’s hands-on knowledge of the different aspects of the organization’s operations is a result of the various positions she has held. Under her leadership, the company’s Privacy Policy was formalized and this website was launched.
Netta Genua, LL.B, LL.M.
Claims Manager
Netta Genua joined AICA to become the claims manager in 2009 after many years of being a defence lawyer on the program. Netta was called to the Ontario bar in 1996 and received her LL.M. in 2001 with a specialty in alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining the AICA team, Netta was a member of the litigation department in a national law firm for many years. Netta works closely with the Vice-President of claims to oversee the department and facilitate the resolution of claims made against AICA members.
