• Limits of coverage from $250,000 to $10,000,000, depending on your needs.
• First dollar defence: the deductible does not apply to legal expenses unless specified.
• Defence costs are in addition to the policy limit, unless specified.
• Extensive coverage territory protects the professional services rendered worldwide by the CA provided that the lawsuit is brought within Canada, Bermuda, or the United States of America, and their territories/possessions (some restrictions may apply).

Effective April 1^st, 2012, the program is being underwritten by the following subscribers: Aspen Insurance UK Ltd Canadian Branch: 60% participation, GCAN Insurance Company: 20% participation, Berkley Insurance Company: 20% participation.
