In order to improve services offered to its clients, AICA opened an in-house claims handling services department in 1994. Consisting of CAs and Lawyers, the Claims Service Team monitors all claims reported to AICA. The claims personnel are also involved in organizing Risk Management Seminars and publishing CARM Newsletters.

To report a claim or a potential claim, please send written notice to AICA by mail, fax, or email. Upon AICA's receipt of claim notification, an AICA Claims Examiner contacts the insured to acknowledge receipt. Claims Adjusters, Tax Experts, and Lawyers may be involved depending on the circumstance. We have a selected array of claims handlers who have several years of experience in dealing with Chartered Accountants Professional Liability.
