If you are interested in becoming an AICA member or to receive a free quotation, please complete an AICA application form. Be sure that you fully complete all sections and that you sign and date the form in Section O, then submit your application by fax, mail, or by email attachment, to the attention of the Program Representative for your region. Upon our receipt, the Program Representative will prepare a quotation based on the information you have disclosed on your application. A copy of our quotation will be sent by fax or email and the original by mail. Please DO NOT complete this application if you are a CA in Quebec. Fill out an application form today to receive a no-obligation quotation. Coverage may be bound effective the date we receive your payment.

Modes of Payment
AICA's flexible payment plan allows members to reduce their cash outlay at policy inception/renewal by paying their premiums throughout the year in twelve equal instalments. Administered in-house, this convenient plan is offered at an annual interest rate of 10%. The monthly payments are withdrawn on the same day of each month as your policy's effective date. If you wish to subscribe to the plan, please send a written request with your application form or contact your Program Representative. We would then send you a finance contract for your review, signature, and remittance. Cheques must be made payable to AICA Services Inc. and remitted by mail. |
